How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping: 2–6 business days within Australia.

Express Post: 1–3 business days.

Delivery estimates depend on the carrier and location.

When will my order be dispatched?

Most orders ship the same day or the next business day, depending on stock availability.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across Australia and New Zealand.

What if my parcel is delayed or lost?

Delivery times are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier.
If your parcel is lost or fails to arrive due to carrier error, we will contact you to arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund.

Is your matcha pure?

Yes, all our matcha is 100% green tea, with no additives, colouring, or flavouring.

How should I store matcha?

Matcha is heat and light sensitive.
Store in the fridge before and after opening, and return the tin immediately after use.

Payment & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 1 hour of purchase, once shipped, orders cannot be changed.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item if there is an issue.
